W129 Spec Warehouse
New 400,000 SF spec warehouse building, S&S owned, foundations, slabs, exterior and the tilt-up concrete walls for a total of 650,000 SF of concrete work. Due to site conditions these walls needed to be cast on casting beds with the slabs placed after the building was up.
